Dental · Caddo & Bossier

Your front office is chairside.
Your next patient is on hold.

Every practice knows this about itself. A new-patient call comes in during a crown, it rolls to voicemail, and almost nobody leaves one — they call the next practice on the list. You never find out it happened, because nothing was recorded.

No call required. Nothing to sign. Every finding is something you can check yourself in under a minute.

Why dental, and why now

October decides December.

Unused annual dental benefits expire on December 31. The practices that answer every new-patient call in October and November fill the quarter that everyone else calls slow. That is a real deadline, not one we invented — and it is the only kind this campaign uses.

The miss is during hours, not after

Most practices assume the losses are nights and weekends. In dental the dominant miss is 10am on a Tuesday, when the one person who answers the phone is holding a suction. That is the finding practices push back on hardest and confirm fastest.

Reviews are your entire first impression

96% of people read reviews before choosing, and 84% of them read yours on Google. A practice with excellent clinical outcomes and eleven reviews is invisible next to a mediocre one with two hundred.

And there’s a quieter one

The fastest-growing way patients find a dentist is asking an AI assistant. If your site returns an empty shell to anything that isn’t a browser, you are invisible to that entire channel — and your site can look perfect to you while this is happening.

What we found on Shreveport dental websites

On 2026-07-27 we opened four local dental sites. One returned no readable content at all — a browser renders it fine, but a search crawler or an AI assistant sees an empty page. One had an office-hours box permanently stuck on “Loading hours…” in a spot patients look at. One published no office hours anywhere on the site. One blocked our request outright. None of the four had any way to message the practice from the website.

We don’t name practices. Findings about a specific practice go to that practice and nowhere else. Two of these four sites were built by national dental-website vendors — which means somebody is being paid a monthly fee for the version you’re looking at.

Run your own numbers

What a missed new-patient call is actually worth.

Move the sliders. The arithmetic stays on screen and we show a range, not a number — one of the inputs is an assumption we can’t source, and pretending otherwise would be the trick everyone else runs.

We have deliberately left this at zero. There is no published unanswered-call rate for dental practices that we trust, and we will not borrow the home-services or law-firm figure to make a number appear. Pull it from your phone system, or ask us to measure it during your audit.

The offer

The Shreveport–Bossier Growth Audit.

A 100-point Capture Score across the five gates a customer has to clear to become your customer. A person does it, not a scanner. Free, and every finding comes with the steps to verify it yourself.

FOUND — 25 pts

Map pack position, Google Business Profile completeness, local pages, and whether ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers know you exist and get you right.

TRUSTED — 20 pts

Review count, rating, velocity, whether anyone answers them, and whether your name, address and phone match everywhere they appear.

CONVERTS — 20 pts

Mobile experience, page speed, whether there’s a next step above the fold, and how many taps stand between wanting you and booking you.

ANSWERS — 25 pts

The heaviest gate. How fast a real inquiry gets a real response, what happens after hours, and what happens to a call nobody picked up.

FOLLOWS UP — 10 pts

What happens on day two. Most businesses in this market score zero here, and it is the cheapest thing on the list to fix.

What you get back — free

Your score, three to five specific findings with verification steps, a revenue-at-risk range, and a fix-first plan separating free DIY from paid work.

Questions

The ones you’re actually thinking.

Is a missed call really our problem? We’re busy.

Busy and full are different. The question the audit answers is not “are you busy” but “how many new patients called during a procedure this month and went somewhere else,” and almost no practice can answer that today because nothing recorded it. If the answer turns out to be nearly none, we say so and we don’t pitch you.

What about patient privacy?

Taken seriously, and named by us first. An answering layer for a dental practice can receive patient-identifying information, which means it belongs on a covered, audit-logged path with a business associate agreement in place — not on a general marketing stack. We scope and confirm that before anything goes live for a practice. The audit itself only looks at your public-facing presence and touches no patient data at all.

We already have a dental website company.

Many practices here do — two of the four sites we looked at were built by national dental vendors. The audit is a second opinion on what you’re already paying for, written so you can verify every line yourself. If they’re doing well by you, that’s a useful thing to know too.

Do you understand dental specifically?

We understand new-patient acquisition, local search, reviews, and response paths, and we score dental against dental benchmarks rather than generic ones. We do not pretend to understand clinical practice. Where we don’t know something, we’ll say so rather than guess.

What does it cost?

The Talon Customer Capture System starts at $2,500 per month. No annual contract. You own your website and assets. Paid media is separate. Implementation is $3,500 one time. We’re waiving that implementation fee for the first five Shreveport–Bossier customers we take on — not because five is a magic number, but because five is how many we can measure properly at once. Multi-location and unusually complex builds are quoted individually. Your plan includes 750 qualifying conversations a month, and nothing past that is ever charged without your written approval — we ask first, every time.

What it costs

The price, on the page.

Of the local agencies we reviewed, not one publishes what they charge. We’re not going to do that to you.

$2,500per month

$3,500 one-time implementation.

  • No annual contract. Month to month
  • You own the website and every campaign asset, in your name from day one
  • — Paid advertising spend is separate and goes straight from you to the platform
  • — Includes 750 qualifying conversations a month — a real person, about something new, that we handled. Spam, hang-ups, wrong numbers, testing, transfers and follow-ups on the same job don’t count. Length never affects price; nothing is billed by the minute and nothing rounds up. Past 750 nothing is charged automatically — we ask, and nothing is charged without your written approval ($75 per block of 100, or a custom plan). A heat wave or freeze that doubles your month is on us, once a year
  • — Multi-location or unusually complex builds are quoted individually

We’re waiving the $3,500 implementation for the first five customers here.

Not because five is a magic number — because five is how many we can measure properly at once, and this is a new market for us.

In exchange we ask for ninety days of honest measurement: a baseline before launch, then monthly numbers shared back. If the results are good we may ask for a case study. If they aren’t, we won’t — and you keep the data either way.

The monthly service is $2,500 for everyone, always. We don’t discount it. When the five are taken, this box will say so.

Sell in August. Fill October, November and December.

Five questions, under two minutes, no phone call required. The audit lands in three business days.
