Eleven of the twelve local practices we checked
had something costing them patients.
That is the highest rate of any trade we measured in this metro, and it isn’t because the care is worse. It is because a practice can be excellent and still be handing Google the wrong details — and we can show you which, on your site, in about a minute, free.
No call required, nothing to sign. Five questions, under two minutes.
The recurring defect in this trade is the block that tells Google who you are.
In practice after practice, the machine-readable business details — name, address, phone, hours — were missing pieces or absent entirely. A human reading your website would never notice. Google, ChatGPT and the AI answers now sitting above the search results notice immediately, because that block is the only thing they can read without guessing.
Incomplete business details, over and over
This was the defect we asserted most often against local practices: a structured-data block present but missing the phone number, the address, or the hours. Across the whole metro, 25 of the 160 businesses we checked had no structured data at all and 27 had an incomplete Google listing.
Our own survey, July 2026“New patient near me” is answered by a machine now
Somebody in pain at 9pm asks a phone, not a directory. What answers is assembled from your listing and that structured block. When they disagree — an old suite number, a former phone, hours from before you changed them — the assistant either picks one or omits you. Neither is recoverable by being good at your job.
○ Inferred from how these systems are documented to work, not measured by usAnd most practices can’t see any of it happening
32 of the 160 businesses we checked had no analytics, no tag manager and no call tracking of any kind. A practice in that position cannot tell whether last month was a marketing problem or a seasonal one, and cannot tell which of the two adverts it is paying for produced the calls.
Our own survey, July 2026Two things we will not do
We do not write, imply or optimise for any clinical claim — what you treat and how well is your professional judgement and your board’s business, not a marketing decision. And we never handle patient information; nothing in this engagement touches a chart, a record, or anything covered by HIPAA. The work is your listing, your website and how an enquiry reaches a human. If a proposal ever seems to cross either line, say so and we’ll withdraw it.
What a missed new-patient call is worth.
Move the sliders. The arithmetic stays on screen and we show a range, not a number — one of the inputs is an assumption we can’t source, and pretending otherwise would be the trick everyone else runs.
The Shreveport–Bossier Growth Audit.
A 100-point score across twelve things we check, in three groups: can they find you (50), will they choose you (25), can they actually reach you (25). Run in a real browser at desktop and phone width, then read by a person before anything reaches you. Free, and every finding comes with the steps to verify it yourself.
GET FOUND — 50 pts
Map pack position, Google Business Profile completeness, local pages, and whether ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers know you exist and get your details right. This is the gate this trade loses most often.
REVIEWS & LISTING — part of Get Found
Review count, rating, velocity, whether anyone answers them, and whether your name, address and phone match everywhere they appear.
GET CHOSEN — 25 pts
Mobile experience, page speed, whether there’s a next step above the fold, and how many taps stand between wanting an appointment and having one.
THE CONTACT PATH — part of Get Customers
The heaviest gate. How fast a real enquiry gets a real response, what happens after hours, and what happens to a call nobody picked up.
GET CUSTOMERS — 25 pts
Whether a customer can actually reach you, how many taps it takes, and whether you can see any of it happening. The last one is where most of this market loses points.
What you get back — free
Your score, three to five specific findings with verification steps, a revenue-at-risk range, and a fix-first plan separating free DIY from paid work.
So you can decide whether to believe any of it.
We loaded each practice’s website twice — once at desktop width, once at phone width — in a real browser, and ran nine checks covering indexability, structured data, Google Business Profile completeness, reviews against independent local peers, mobile layout, page speed, trust signals, the contact path, and conversion tracking.
A site we could not load, or that blocked us, was recorded as unmeasured rather than as failing — and any check we could not complete scores as unmeasured too, never as zero. That is why an audit reads 43 out of 70 rather than 43 out of 100. Twelve practices is a small sample and we’re not going to dress it up as a study; it is enough to say the pattern is worth checking on yours specifically.
Two findings we asserted during this survey were later retracted on re-checking, before anybody was contacted about them. We mention that because a survey that claims a perfect record is a survey nobody re-checked.
The ones you’re actually thinking.
Was my practice one of the twelve?
Ask and we’ll tell you straight. We won’t publish another practice’s findings to you, and we won’t publish yours to them — that cuts both ways and it is the only version of this that works in a market this size.
Does any of this touch patient information?
No, and it never will. The work is your public listing, your website and how an enquiry reaches a human before anyone becomes a patient. We don’t connect to your EHR, we don’t handle records, and nothing here is a covered system. If a proposal ever seems to cross that line, say so and we’ll withdraw it.
Will you write claims about what chiropractic can treat?
No. What you treat and how you describe it is your professional judgement and your board’s business. We’ll write about your practice, your people and how to reach you — and we’ll take your correction on any clinical wording without argument.
What does it cost?
The Talon Customer Capture System starts at $2,500 per month. No annual contract. You own your website and assets. Paid media is separate. Implementation is $3,500 one time. We’re waiving that implementation fee for the first five Shreveport–Bossier customers we take on — not because five is a magic number, but because five is how many we can measure properly at once. Multi-location and unusually complex builds are quoted individually. Your plan includes 750 qualifying conversations a month, and nothing past that is ever charged without your written approval — we ask first, every time.
The price, on the page.
Here is what it costs, in full, before you talk to anyone. You should not have to book a call to find out a price.
$3,500 one-time implementation.
- — No annual contract. Month to month
- — You own the website and every campaign asset, in your name from day one
- — Paid advertising spend is separate and goes straight from you to the platform
- — Includes 750 qualifying conversations a month — a real person, about something new, that we handled. Spam, hang-ups, wrong numbers, testing, transfers and follow-ups on the same enquiry don’t count. Length never affects price; nothing is billed by the minute and nothing rounds up. Past 750 nothing is charged automatically — we ask, and nothing is charged without your written approval ($75 per block of 100, or a custom plan). An unusual month that doubles your volume is on us, once a year
- — Multi-location or unusually complex builds are quoted individually
We’re waiving the $3,500 implementation for the first five customers here.
Not because five is a magic number — because five is how many we can measure properly at once, and this is a new market for us.
In exchange we ask for ninety days of honest measurement: a baseline before launch, then monthly numbers shared back. If the results are good we may ask for a case study. If they aren’t, we won’t — and you keep the data either way.
The monthly service is $2,500 for everyone, always. We don’t discount it. When the five are taken, this box will say so.
