You don’t need more leads.
You need to stop losing
the ones already calling you.
Somebody in Shreveport searched for what you do, found you, and called. Nobody picked up. They didn’t leave a message — almost nobody does — and you never found out they existed. That’s the gap we close.
No call required to get the audit. No contract attached to it. Every finding is something you can check yourself in under a minute, without us.
In a market this size, every customer you lose, another Shreveport business gains.
This metro has lost population for eleven straight years. Caddo Parish is down 5.4% since 2020. Bossier is up 2.5%. There is no rising tide here — growth is share, and share is decided by who answers first.

BrightLocal, 2025 (n=1,026)Before we wrote any of this, we opened 22 Shreveport and Bossier business websites and wrote down what we found.
Not a survey. Not an industry report. Twenty-two real local businesses across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, dental, med spa and auto repair, checked on one day. Here is the pattern, with nobody named.
had any way to chat or message from their website. Not one. The single most universal gap in this market.
showed a real review number anywhere on their own site. Two of those were vague — “300+”, “50+” — and one didn’t say which platform it came from.
had a site that wouldn’t load, wouldn’t render, or blocked the request outright. One of them has hundreds of five-star reviews.
stated no hours at all — plus one whose hours widget was stuck on “Loading…” and one publishing two different opening times on the same page.
had no booking step of any kind. One business’s only “Get Started” button led to a financing application.
carried a footer credit from an out-of-town vendor. None of them was a Shreveport agency.
What the unanswered ones are actually worth.
Move the sliders. The arithmetic stays on screen the whole time, and we show a range instead of a number — because one of the inputs is an assumption we can’t source, and pretending otherwise would be the same trick everyone else runs.
Everyone here solves half of it.
Marketing agencies make the phone ring and cannot answer it. Answering services answer it and cannot make it ring. Software will message a customer but won’t build the site, work the map pack, or run the campaign. We checked: no provider in this market does both halves.

The Shreveport–Bossier Growth Audit.
A 100-point Capture Score across the five gates a customer has to get through to become your customer. A person does it, not a scanner. It takes us a couple of hours and costs you nothing.
FOUND — 25 pts
Map pack position, Google Business Profile completeness, local landing pages, and whether ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers even know you exist and get you right.
TRUSTED — 20 pts
Review count, rating, velocity, and whether anyone answers them. Plus whether your name, address and phone match everywhere they appear.
CONVERTS — 20 pts
Mobile experience, page speed, whether there’s a next step above the fold, and how many taps stand between wanting you and booking you.
ANSWERS — 25 pts
The heaviest gate. How fast a real inquiry gets a real response, what happens after hours, and what happens to a call nobody picked up.
FOLLOWS UP — 10 pts
What happens on day two. Most businesses in this market score zero here, and it is the cheapest thing on the list to fix.
What you get back
Your score, three to five specific findings with the exact instruction to verify each one yourself, a revenue-at-risk range, and a fix-first plan that separates what you can do free from what we’d charge for.
You send five answers
Under two minutes, no phone call required. If you’d rather just talk, that works too — but we don’t make you.
A person actually looks
We go through your site, your Google profile, your reviews, your social, and we place one real inquiry so we can measure the response honestly. When a human answers, we say who we are immediately. We never pretend to be a customer and we never leave a voicemail.
You get the audit in writing
Within three business days. Score, findings, verification steps, the fix-first plan. Yours to keep and act on, with us or without us.
Then, only if you want it
We scope what fixing it looks like and what it costs, before you commit to anything. If the audit says you’re already in good shape, we tell you that and we don’t pitch you.
Two industries first, on purpose.
We’d rather be genuinely useful to a few kinds of business than shallow across all of them. If you’re not in these, say so anyway — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
HVAC & Plumbing →
Shreveport gets about 87 days a year at or above 90°F and 39 at or below freezing. Nobody with a dead AC in August leaves a voicemail. Your techs are in an attic; the phone is not going to answer itself.
National Weather Service, ShreveportDental practices →
Your front office is chairside. The new-patient call that rings during a crown is the one you never hear about. And unused benefits expire December 31 — whoever answers in October fills the weakest quarter of the year.
Roofing and restoration are built and ready, held for storm season. If you roof in Caddo or Bossier, tell us now and we’ll have you set up before the next one.
Everything we build is in your name, from day one.
You own it
Domain, hosting, the website itself, your Google Business Profile, and every ad account — registered to you, billed to you, admin access yours. If we part ways, you change a password and keep working. Nothing to buy back.
No annual term
Month to month. And we publish the exact cancellation step, because “no contract” means nothing when the fine print asks for thirty days’ notice you didn’t know about.
No per-minute billing
Flat. And we publish the overage rate rather than billing it to you in arrears at a number you were never shown.
One invoice
Website, search, social, answering, follow-up. One partner, one bill, nobody to point at when something breaks.
Here’s the price. On the page, where you can read it without talking to anyone.
Of the local agencies we reviewed, not one publishes what they charge. We think that’s the single most annoying thing about shopping for this, so we’re not going to do it to you.
$3,500 one-time implementation.
- — Website, local SEO, social, AI answering and follow-up, run as one system
- — No annual contract. Month to month
- — You own the website and every campaign asset — domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, in your name from day one
- — Paid advertising spend is separate and goes straight from you to the platform. We never touch it or mark it up
- — Multi-location or unusually complex builds are quoted individually
We’re waiving the $3,500 implementation for the first five customers here.
Not because five is a magic number. Because five is how many we can measure properly at once, and this is a new market for us.
In exchange we ask for ninety days of honest measurement — a baseline before we launch, then monthly numbers shared back to you. That’s how we both find out whether this works in Shreveport rather than assuming it does.
If the results are good, we may ask you for a case study. If they aren’t, we won’t ask — and you’ll still have the data.
The monthly service is $2,500 for everyone, always. We don’t discount it, so nobody who signs later is paying for someone else’s deal. When the five are taken, this box will say so.
What “no per-minute billing” actually means here
Your plan includes 750 qualifying conversations a month — a call, a text, a web chat or a form, whichever way someone reaches you. Length never affects the price. A twenty-second call and an eight-minute call cost the same, because nothing here is measured in minutes and nothing rounds up.
A conversation counts when it’s a real person, contacting you, about something new, that we actually handled. Spam and robocalls don’t count. Neither do hang-ups, wrong numbers, our own testing, a transfer to your team, a callback we make, or the same customer following up about a job we already logged. We count customers we handled for you — not times a phone rang.
Past 750, nothing is charged automatically. Ever. We tell you at 600, we tell you again at 750, and service never stops or slows. Then we ask you, and nothing is charged without your written approval — either $75 per additional block of 100, or a custom plan if you’re consistently over and blocks are the wrong tool. If we can’t reach you, or you say no, or you say nothing at all, you’re billed $2,500 and the service keeps running. We absorb it.
And if a heat wave or a freeze doubles your month, that month is on us — up to 1,500 conversations, once a year, automatically, with nothing to approve. A storm shouldn’t be an invoice.
For scale: 750 conversations is roughly five times what a typical local business here takes in a month.
We don’t have a Shreveport case study yet, and we’re not going to invent one.
This is a new market for us. When a local business here gets a result worth publishing, it goes on this page with their permission, their name, and the actual numbers attached — or it doesn’t go up.
What we can show you today is the thing itself: the audit is free, the findings are checkable, and the AI front desk we sell is the same one running on our own site right now. Try to break it.
The ones you’re actually thinking.
What’s the catch on a free audit?
You get a written audit and a fix-first plan whether you hire us or not, and nothing is signed to receive it. The honest answer to “what’s in it for us” is that some people who read theirs will want it fixed and will ask us to do it. That’s the whole business model. If your score comes back high, we say so and we don’t pitch you — that costs us a pitch and buys us a reputation, which is the trade we want.
Is this just an AI thing?
AI is one part of it, and we deliberately don’t lead with it. Every owner in America is being cold-called by someone selling “AI” this month. The problem we’re describing — a customer called and nobody picked up — existed long before any of this and would be worth fixing with a person if a person could be there at 9pm on a Sunday. The technology is how; the missed call is why.
Will you lock me into a contract?
No annual term, and we publish the cancellation step in the agreement rather than leaving it to be discovered. If you ever want out, you should be able to find out how in one sentence without calling anybody.
Who owns the website you build?
You do. Domain in your name, hosting in your name, admin access yours, Google Business Profile and ad accounts yours. This is the single most common thing local businesses get burned on and we put it in writing on purpose.
How do I know your findings are real?
Every finding on your audit comes with the exact steps to check it yourself — which page, what to look for, roughly how long it takes. If you can’t confirm it in under a minute without us, it doesn’t go on the audit.
Do you call my business as a fake customer?
No. We place one real inquiry so the response-time score means something, and the moment a human answers we say exactly who we are and why we’re calling. We never leave a voicemail and we never occupy your line pretending to be a job.
What does it cost if I want the work done?
The Talon Customer Capture System starts at $2,500 per month. No annual contract. You own your website and assets. Paid media is separate. Implementation is $3,500 one time. We’re waiving that implementation fee for the first five Shreveport–Bossier customers we take on — not because five is a magic number, but because five is how many we can measure properly at once. Multi-location and unusually complex builds are quoted individually. Your plan includes 750 qualifying conversations a month, and nothing past that is ever charged without your written approval — we ask first, every time.
Do I have to replace my website?
Often no. Sometimes the fastest money is in the response path, not the site — and that’s a much smaller job. The audit tells you which one you’re looking at before anybody quotes you anything.
I’m in Minden / Ruston / Longview. Can you help?
We’re starting inside Caddo and Bossier so we can actually be good at it before we spread out. Send the form anyway — if we can’t serve you well yet we’ll say so plainly rather than take the work.
Get found. Answer first. Book more.
Five questions, under two minutes, no phone call required. The audit lands in three business days.
