Independent repair & collision · Caddo and Bossier

We opened eleven local shops’ websites.
Nine had something costing them work.

Not opinions — things you can check yourself in about a minute. We ran every independent repair shop we could find in this metro through the same nine checks, and we will tell you exactly what we found on yours, free, whether or not you ever hire us.

No call required, nothing to sign. Five questions, under two minutes.

Figures from our own July 2026 survey of independent Shreveport–Bossier repair shops (n=11 with a reachable website). Review medians from the Google Places API, national chains excluded. How we measured.
What we actually found

The problem here isn’t bad work. It’s that the good work is invisible to the machines people search with.

Across this whole metro we rendered 448 businesses and ran 160 through the checks. The single most common defect was not a broken website — it was a business that cannot be measured, cannot be read by Google, or cannot be compared. Repair shops sat right in the middle of that pattern.

The review gap is the widest thing about this trade

The independent shops we checked in Caddo and Bossier run a median of 101 Google reviews. The typical shop we looked at sat about 50 behind that. Reviews are the one ranking and trust signal a customer reads before they call — and unlike most of this list, closing that gap costs nothing but a process.

Most shops can’t prove what their marketing does

Of the 160 businesses we checked across this metro, 32 had no analytics, no tag manager and no call tracking of any kind. If that’s you, then whoever is invoicing you for advertising cannot show you what it produced, and neither can anyone else.

Our own survey, July 2026

Google is being left to guess your details

25 of those 160 had no structured business data at all, and 27 had an incomplete Google listing. That’s the block that tells Google — and now ChatGPT and the AI answers above the search results — your name, address, phone and hours. When it’s missing, they infer. They frequently infer wrong.

The honest caveat

Eleven shops is a small sample and we’re not going to dress it up as a study. It is enough to tell us the pattern is worth checking on your shop specifically — which is the entire point of the audit, and why the audit is about you rather than about the eleven. If we check yours and find nothing material, we will tell you that and you’ll have cost yourself two minutes.

Run your own numbers

What an unanswered call is worth to a shop.

Move the sliders. The arithmetic stays on screen and we show a range, not a number — one of the inputs is an assumption we can’t source, and pretending otherwise would be the trick everyone else runs.

Count the ones asking about work, not parts-counter calls or vendors.
0%
We have deliberately left this at zero. The one widely-quoted figure for missed calls covers home services — trades that drive to the customer. Your customer drives to you, the call pattern isn’t the same, and borrowing that number to make a scary total appear would be exactly the trick we’re telling you to watch for. Pull it from your phone system, or ask us to measure it during your audit.

The offer

The Shreveport–Bossier Growth Audit.

A 100-point score across twelve things we check, in three groups: can they find you (50), will they choose you (25), can they actually reach you (25). Run in a real browser at desktop and phone width, then read by a person before anything reaches you. Free, and every finding comes with the steps to verify it yourself.

GET FOUND — 50 pts

Map pack position, Google Business Profile completeness, local pages, and whether ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers know you exist and get you right.

REVIEWS & LISTING — part of Get Found

Review count, rating, velocity, whether anyone answers them, and whether your name, address and phone match everywhere they appear. This is the gate this trade loses most often.

GET CHOSEN — 25 pts

Mobile experience, page speed, whether there’s a next step above the fold, and how many taps stand between wanting you and booking you.

THE CONTACT PATH — part of Get Customers

The heaviest gate. How fast a real inquiry gets a real response, what happens after hours, and what happens to a call nobody picked up.

GET CUSTOMERS — 25 pts

Whether a customer can actually reach you, how many taps it takes, and whether you can see any of it happening. The last one is where most of this market loses points.

What you get back — free

Your score, three to five specific findings with verification steps, a revenue-at-risk range, and a fix-first plan separating free DIY from paid work.

How we measured

So you can decide whether to believe any of it.

We loaded each shop’s website twice — once at desktop width, once at phone width — in a real browser, and ran nine checks covering indexability, structured data, Google Business Profile completeness, reviews against independent local peers, mobile layout, page speed, trust signals, the contact path, and conversion tracking.

Peer review medians come from the Google Places API with national chains excluded, because comparing an independent shop to a franchise with a corporate review programme tells you nothing useful. A shop whose site we could not load, or that blocked us, was recorded as unmeasured rather than as failing — and any check we could not complete scores as unmeasured too, never as zero. That is why an audit reads 43 out of 70 rather than 43 out of 100.

Two findings we asserted during this survey were later retracted on re-checking, before anybody was contacted about them. We mention that because a survey that claims a perfect record is a survey nobody re-checked.

Questions

The ones you’re actually thinking.

Was my shop one of the eleven?

Ask and we’ll tell you straight. We won’t publish another shop’s findings to you, and we won’t publish yours to them — that cuts both ways and it is the only version of this that works in a market this size.

I already have somebody doing my website.

Then the audit is a second opinion you didn’t pay for, and a good one should have nothing to fear from it. If everything checks out we’ll say so. If something doesn’t, you’ll have the specifics to raise with them rather than a vague feeling — and they may well fix it for free, which is a fine outcome for you and a lost sale for us.

Reviews are just luck. Customers leave them or they don’t.

Partly. But a 50-review gap against your neighbours usually isn’t luck — it’s that nobody asks, or asks at the wrong moment. That’s a process, it’s free, and it’s the first thing we’d hand you whether or not you hire us.

What does it cost?

The Talon Customer Capture System starts at $2,500 per month. No annual contract. You own your website and assets. Paid media is separate. Implementation is $3,500 one time. We’re waiving that implementation fee for the first five Shreveport–Bossier customers we take on — not because five is a magic number, but because five is how many we can measure properly at once. Multi-location and unusually complex builds are quoted individually. Your plan includes 750 qualifying conversations a month, and nothing past that is ever charged without your written approval — we ask first, every time.

What it costs

The price, on the page.

Here is what it costs, in full, before you talk to anyone. You should not have to book a call to find out a price.

$2,500per month

$3,500 one-time implementation.

  • — No annual contract. Month to month
  • — You own the website and every campaign asset, in your name from day one
  • — Paid advertising spend is separate and goes straight from you to the platform
  • — Includes 750 qualifying conversations a month — a real person, about something new, that we handled. Spam, hang-ups, wrong numbers, testing, transfers and follow-ups on the same job don’t count. Length never affects price; nothing is billed by the minute and nothing rounds up. Past 750 nothing is charged automatically — we ask, and nothing is charged without your written approval ($75 per block of 100, or a custom plan). An unusual month that doubles your volume is on us, once a year
  • — Multi-location or unusually complex builds are quoted individually

We’re waiving the $3,500 implementation for the first five customers here.

Not because five is a magic number — because five is how many we can measure properly at once, and this is a new market for us.

In exchange we ask for ninety days of honest measurement: a baseline before launch, then monthly numbers shared back. If the results are good we may ask for a case study. If they aren’t, we won’t — and you keep the data either way.

The monthly service is $2,500 for everyone, always. We don’t discount it. When the five are taken, this box will say so.
